We reserve the right to cancel, or remove any email/ user from the competition, if we observe any kind of fraudulent behaviour. The same goes for substracting points that have been gained through unfair behaviour.

We reserve the rights to extend the Pineapple Launch Party if there is at least 1 person on the "TOP 100" list who didn't score at least 10 points.

If the Pineapple Launch Party campaign ends with some people having the score of "5 points" in the "TOP 100" list, places on this list occupied by those people can be used by the owner of the kickstartsidehustle.com website however he chooses. This also means that he can take those people off this list.

If the total number of emails collected via the referring system, during the Pineapple Launch Party, don't exceeds a 100, the list of "TOP 100" won't be displayed endlessly on the website and in the Kickstart Side Hustle Newsletter. In this situation, the owner of this website can display this list however, wherever and for how long he chooses for.
